7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

At Yousuf Watches, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange:

 The product must be unused and in its original condition.
 The product must be returned in its original packaging.
 You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
 Proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required.

Products that are damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling will not be eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos or videos of the product. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or solution as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

 Used products
 Items damaged after delivery
Products returned without original packaging

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed through the appropriate method, depending on the payment type.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer, mobile wallet, or store credit.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange a product for another item, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
